Classes
The Classes are arranged as standard class, and of classes for Kazari (decorative sushi). We can however provide an original menu for you. Ingredients are also available for vegetarians.
Regular classes are scheduled in Godalming, but we also deliver classes at your place, with a discount for the host.
This is a good starting class for you if you've never made sushi before. 90 minute class with three different rolls to make.

Hoso maki / Ura maki / kappa hanamaki

Kazari Advanced

This is a class for decorated sushi making for advanced learners.
It is recommended having Kazari Beginners class beforehand. Learning 2 patterns. Patterns are rotated so you can learn many different styles approx 150 minutes class.
Regular class : Thursday 9:30-12:00 (Alternate week)
Menu: Escargot and Panda bear
Special class
Official Certificate from JSIA
This class is provided especially for people who want to receive an official certificate from JSIA recognising their skill in the art of making Kazari Sushi.

Kazari Beginners

This is a class for decorated sushi making for beginners.
Learning 2 patterns from the catering menu category A.
Patterns are rotated so you can learn many different styles

Kazari Expert

This is a class for decorated sushi making for expert learners who have previous experience in decorated sushi classes.

Kid's class

Between 6-10 kids
